The room had thoughtful amenities and great attention to detail. Access to the sands beach club was a PLUS. i especially appreciated the fitness studio and wellness facilities.

The hotel is very close to a main mall, reachable within 10 minutes. The immediate area provided convenient access to different restaurants. Beach access was opposite the building AND simple.

The breakfast buffet was extensive. It had a lot of choices each morning. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were nice. They also had temperature control. The pool is not very deep, at only one meter. This makes it good for families with kids.
The bathroom had a leak. the hotel does not show English Premier League Football. The hotel could not refund an extra night. I paid it in error.

i found our beautiful king room sea view spacious, with fine views. the location provided easy access to the city center mall and various attractions. the staff greeted us with warmth, providing helpful directions and information about local places.
the phone in our room had a minor issue, and the reception button wasn't working properly.

I found the room clean. The bathroom provided ample space, a great addition. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed offered great comfort. Breakfast included various options, such as gluten-free bread and alternative milks. The hotel is about a seven-minute walk to the metro station. Uber's wait times are short. Malls exist within walking distance.
The check-in process took an unexpectedly long time. The presence of many guests combined with limited receptionists caused some waiting time.

My Beautiful King Room Sea View featured a very comfortable king-size bed. I noticed that the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A large flat-screen television also provided many entertainment options and added to the modern feel.

The gym held three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests could also use various weight-training machines. The pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section, perfect for relaxation. I was also able to use the on-site parking.

i was placed on the 5th floor and encountered an issue when i returned to my room twice to find the door ajar and my luggage open.. the hotel dismissed this as a housekeeping error, but i had already informed the cleaning staff i didn't require service. the reception desk was also unhelpful and seemed unconcerned about the situation, quite upsetting.

The noise level was a PROBLEM due to poor window isolation. I could clearly hear the street noise. The beach access was also misleading. It only provided a voucher for the public beach. There was no guarantee of finding a sunbed available.
